In the ’80s, we were getting accession news about the bad health situation of the hungarian population, and about the high mortality rate of it, too. Today die 50% more people between in their 40’s and 60’s, than 20 years ago.
Some years before the second mortality reason among women was breast cancer (16,1%). Today it is on the first place.
In 2000 died 2.356 women because of this disingenous illness. Mortality for 100.000 women was 46,6. This number has risen boldly, and seems to get stable in international comparison, too.
The MammAlba Medical Service Ltd. has been engaged in breast-diagnostic since 2000. Its activity is financed by the Health Insurance, but it’s available as private consultations, too.
In January of 2006.with its mobile breast cancer-screening station the company has latched on to the breast cancer-screening project of the National Medical Office within the bounds of the National Population Health Program.

At the consultation room (Székesfehérvár, Virág Benedek Str. 5.) we do the further examinations and establish the correct hisology diagnosis in discreet, friendly and familiar atmosphere. With the possibility of making an appointment via phone, we would like to raise the comfort our patients’, and eliminate the long awaiting time, taking into consideration the time-table of our patients.
